Description

The MC-69-002 is the alternate drawer-lock profile in Freeborn’s Mini-Pro series — cutting a different interlocking joint geometry from profile 001 (MC-69-001), suited to a different drawer stock thickness or preferred joint proportion. The two profiles are not interchangeable: verify profile 002 against Freeborn’s drawer-lock specifications and your drawer stock thickness to confirm the correct geometry for your application before ordering. A single reversible cutter handles both mating halves of the joint — drawer front and drawer side — in one shaper setup without swapping heads. Like the profile 001, the MC-69-002 runs at 2-5/16″ OD — smaller than the standard 2-15/16″ Mini-Pro diameter because the drawer-lock geometry requires a specific cutting circle proportioned to the joint depth. 3/4″ bore, 2-5/16″ OD, 3-wing, CCW, carbide tips. FB-DL-PL-002 is the matching Pro-Line (1-1/4″ bore, 5″ OD) version of profile 002.
