Description

The MC-51-040 cuts the cove sticking profile on both faces of door frame stile and rail stock for the MC-51 series 8-piece double-sided shaper door system — profile 040, a third cove arc size in the double-sided system (alongside 020 and 030). The range of cove sticking profiles allows selection of the specific hollow arc depth and width appropriate to the door frame proportions and design. Profile 040 pairs with cope cutter MC-51-041 for the complete double-sided cove door frame rail joint. Suited to thick door stock and entry doors. 3-wing, 3/4″ bore, 2-15/16″ OD, CCW. Bearing AM-90-027. Pro-Line counterpart is FB-DS-PL-040 (1-1/4″ bore, 4″ OD, bearing AP-90-044).
