The SCH-QC-DIS-310mm-D is a 310mm Schmidt Dispozablade double-edged disposable planer knife — one of the most common production sizes in the Dispozablade range, fitting 310mm-capacity planer and moulder heads in European production equipment. Dispozablade is designed for a maintenance-free knife change cycle: install, run until the edge dulls, flip for the second cutting face, then replace and recycle the knife when both edges are spent. No grinding equipment or service is required at any point. Double-edged construction provides two service intervals per knife. HSS material for standard production performance in softwood and mixed-species planing.
