Description
Fine crosscutting of hardwood, veneered panels, and finish-grade cabinet stock requires high tooth count and a stable plate. This 10 in. blade with 80 ATB teeth on a 5/8 in. bore addresses both. Eighty alternate top bevel teeth shear cross-grain fiber with minimal kerf between adjacent tooth contacts, leaving entry and exit faces clean in hardwood, double-face melamine, pre-veneered plywood, and finish-grade sheet goods. At 80 teeth on 10 in., the short arc between tips is tight enough to shear delicate face veneers cleanly without delaminating the surface on entry or exit. A laser-cut low noise plate dampens the plate resonance that builds up during fine crosscutting at controlled feed rates — expansion slots in the plate relieve stress and reduce the harmonic that would otherwise cause surface chatter at the blade-to-workpiece interface. Carbide tips are precision-ground to maintain ATB geometry and edge sharpness through extended finish-cutting cycles. On 10 in. cabinet saws and sliding table saws handling finish cabinet parts, face frames, and pre-finished panels, this blade delivers surfaces that go straight to assembly or glue-up without additional treatment.
