Description

The AC508 is a color-coded plastic shim set for 1-1/2-inch bore stackable cutter systems — 48 pieces in a clear plastic box, 2-1/4-inch OD, eight shim thicknesses from .003 inch to .030 inch. Used for micro-height adjustment of large-bore insert cutter stacks and heavy-duty shaper setups. The 2-1/4-inch OD provides full support across the cutter bore face. For 1-1/4-inch bore, see AC507.
