3-1/2” Rosette Tool Holder — 2-Wing, for Slow RPM Machines

Description

The AC819 is a 3-1/2-inch diameter 2-wing corrugated rosette tool holder for slow-RPM rosette cutting machines. The medium of three rosette holder sizes in the Schmidt system, AC819 produces a rosette block sized for standard interior door and window casing corner assemblies in residential and light commercial millwork. The 2-wing design accepts two 1/4-inch thick corrugated steel knives (16-60-degree corrugation angle) that lock mechanically into the holder. Slow RPM operation is critical — rosette holders are not designed for shaper or router speeds and must only be run on dedicated rosette cutting equipment.
