2-1/4” OD x 1-1/4” Bore Ball Bearing Rub Collar

Description

The AC110 is a ball bearing rub collar — 2-1/4-inch outer diameter, 1-1/4-inch bore — for standard 1-1/4-inch bore shaper spindles (Schmidt Pro-Line series and compatible machines). Rub collars ride against the starting pin, fence face, or template guide to set the cutter’s cutting depth. The precision ball bearing design allows the collar to remain stationary against the guide surface while the cutter stack above spins at spindle speed. The 2-1/4-inch OD is the smallest-diameter collar in the 1-1/4-inch bore series — used with the smallest-diameter Pro-Line cutter stacks where a proportionally small guide collar is needed.
