Description

The AC205 is a 6-piece spacer set — 1-1/4-inch bore, 1-3/4-inch outer diameter — in six graduated thicknesses: 1/16-inch, 1/4-inch, 3/8-inch, 1/2-inch, 3/4-inch, and 1-inch. Shaper spacers position cutter stacks, rub collars, and bearings at the correct height on the spindle for the profile being cut. The six different thicknesses in a single set provide the combination flexibility needed to achieve precise cutter positioning for different tooling configurations without custom-ordering individual spacer thicknesses. The 1-3/4-inch OD is sized to clear standard 1-1/4-inch bore Pro-Line cutter stack diameters at the inner bore area.
