Description

The WC141 is a 3-wing carbide-tipped straight-top grooving cutter for shaper operations — 4-inch OD, 1/4-inch kerf width, and 1-1/4-inch bore. The 1/4-inch slot width is the most versatile in the straight groover range: it cuts standard 1/4-inch panel grooves in cabinet door frames and drawer bottoms, matches 1/4-inch plywood panel thickness for frame-and-panel assembly, and works for T&G applications requiring a 1/4-inch tongue and groove. At 4-inch OD, WC141 runs efficiently on standard shaper spindles at typical shaper speeds. The straight-top tooth geometry produces a flat-bottomed groove floor.
