The SCH-QC-DIS-310mm-S is a 310mm Schmidt Dispozablade single-edge disposable planer knife for machines equipped with Dispozablade heads configured for single-sided knives at 310mm width. Where the double-edged 310mm Dispozablade (SCH-QC-DIS-310mm-D) provides two cutting faces per knife, this single-edge variant carries one cutting surface and is replaced when that edge is spent. Single-edge Dispozablade knives are used in specific head designs that accept only single-sided knife format. Dispozablade’s maintenance model remains unchanged: install the knife, run until dull, replace and recycle — no grinding at any stage. HSS material for standard softwood and mixed-species production performance. Confirm that the installed Dispozablade head at 310mm requires single-edge knives before ordering — ordering single-edge knives for a double-edge head or vice versa will result in an incompatible fit.
