Description

The Steff 2044 is the 4-roller version of the Steff production power feeder platform — the additional contact roller over the 2034 increases the footprint on the workpiece face, providing steadier grip on wider boards, panels, and shaped stock that a 3-roller unit may not fully control. Four speed settings (12, 26, 36, and 72 FPM) match feed rate to operation type and material: slow for deep shaping passes and hard species, faster for straight cuts and surfacing. Single-phase 220V power suits shops running on standard single-phase electrical supply. At 3/4 HP, the 2044 handles medium production feed loads. For panel shaping, wide raised panel runs, or any operation where the workpiece is wider than what a 3-roller unit tracks cleanly, the 2044 provides the additional contact needed for consistent feed without chatter or stall.
