Description

The CB190 is a set of corrugated back straight knives — 1-3/4 inches wide, 1-1/4 inches tall, 1/4 inch thick — for use in the 3-1/2-inch Schmidt rosette tool holder (AC819). Corrugated back knives lock mechanically into the holder’s corrugated gripping surface, securing the knife under cutting forces without set screws or independent locking. The straight knife profile produces the flat base cut that establishes the rosette block’s outer shape before the profiled rosette knives cut the decorative pattern. The 3-1/2-inch holder produces a medium-size rosette block used in standard interior door and window casing corner assemblies. For the 3-1/2-inch holder body, see AC819.
