The AC512 is a color-coded plastic shim set for 1-13/16-inch bore stackable cutter systems — 48 pieces in a clear plastic box, 2-1/2-inch OD, eight shim thicknesses from .003 inch to .030 inch. The 1-13/16-inch bore appears in heavy insert cutter systems and some large-diameter planer and moulder cutterhead tooling. Color-coded for instant thickness identification. For 40mm bore, see AC511.
