Description
The AC200 is a straight bushing — 1-1/4-inch outer diameter, 1-1/8-inch inner diameter, 1-1/16-inch length — used to adapt shaper tooling with a 1-1/4-inch bore to a machine with a 1-1/8-inch spindle. Straight bushings slide inside the tool bore to reduce the effective ID to match the smaller spindle diameter; the bushing is typically locked in place with a keyway and set screw arrangement. Straight bushings provide no axial flange stop — the tool is retained by the spindle nut and washer stack as normal. Use the AC200 when mounting standard 1-1/4-inch bore profile cutters, rub collars, or spacers onto a 1-1/8-inch spindle. For T-bushing configurations that include a flange stop, see AC200TS (short flange), AC200TL (long flange), and AC200TD (double-sided). For 1-1/4-inch OD reducing to 1-inch ID, see AC201.
