Description

The MC-72-001 is the smallest-arc double easing cutter in Freeborn’s MC-72 Mini-Pro series — profile 001 eases both faces of a workpiece edge with the tightest roundover arc in the double easing line, producing a minimal edge softening suited to furniture and millwork components where a very light edge break is specified and larger arcs would remove too much material. The MC-72 series covers the small-arc portion of the double easing range (001, 002, 004, 006), while the MC-71 series handles larger profiles (008–024). Both faces are eased simultaneously in one pass, eliminating the flip step. Expandable for different stock thicknesses. Mini-Pro 3/4″ bore, 2-3/16″ minor diameter, 3-wing, CCW, carbide. Pro-Line counterpart is FB-EA-PL-001 (1-1/4″ bore).
