Description
The MC-59-050 cuts the tongue-and-groove edge joint and a profile 050 bevel seam on wall paneling and ceiling boards — the angled chamfer seam that creates the classic crisp V-groove line at each board joint in the assembled panel. The bevel seam produces a sharper, more geometric visual than the rounded profile 012 or the hollow cove profiles (020, 030, 040): the angled chamfer catches light and shadow cleanly, giving the paneled wall a more defined, structured appearance. Profile 050 is one of two bevel profiles in the Mini-Pro V-paneling range (050 and 055); the two bevel profiles have different chamfer angles or proportions — verify against Freeborn’s catalog to select the correct angle for the design specification. Runs with the AM-90-035 rub bearing. 3/4″ bore, 2-15/16″ OD, 3-wing, CCW, carbide. FB-VP-PL-050 is the Pro-Line (1-1/4″ bore, AP-90-052 bearing) version. The bevel seam suits contemporary, Craftsman, and traditional paneling programs.
