V-Paneling & T&G Cutter — Profile 020 Cove, Mini-Pro (3/4″ Bore)

Description

The MC-59-020 cuts the tongue-and-groove edge joint plus a profile 020 cove seam on wall paneling, wainscoting, and ceiling boards — the concave hollow seam alternative to the roundover profile 012 in the Mini-Pro V-paneling series. The cove seam creates an inward-scooping groove at each board joint in the assembled panel, with a deeper, more pronounced hollow shadow line than the rounded 012 profile. Profile 020 is one of three cove V-groove profiles in the Mini-Pro range (020, 030, 040); each has a different cove proportion — verify against Freeborn’s V-paneling catalog to select the correct cove width and depth for the design specification. Runs with the AM-90-035 rub bearing. 3/4″ bore, 2-15/16″ OD, 3-wing, CCW, carbide. FB-VP-PL-020 is the matching Pro-Line (1-1/4″ bore, 4″ OD, AP-90-052 bearing) version. The three cove profiles (020, 030, 040) span increasing cove proportions within the range.
