Description

The MC-71-012 eases both faces of a workpiece edge with a larger-arc roundover profile in a single shaper pass — profile 012, producing a more prominent arc easing than profile 008 in the same series. The double-easing action simultaneously shapes both the face and back of the workpiece edge, eliminating a second pass. Profile 012 suits furniture rail and stile edges, cabinet components, and millwork where a larger-arc edge easing is specified and the smaller 008 profile provides insufficient visual softening at the stock dimensions in use. The expandable cutter adjusts to different stock thicknesses. Mini-Pro 3/4″ bore, 2-3/16″ minor diameter, 3-wing, CCW, carbide. Pro-Line counterpart is FB-EA-PL-012 (1-1/4″ bore).
