Description

The MC-71-008 eases both faces of a workpiece edge simultaneously in one shaper pass — profile 008 roundover, a mid-size arc that softens both faces cleanly for furniture components, millwork, and door and window sash work where a double-eased edge is specified. The expandable double-easing design adjusts to different stock thicknesses, avoiding the need to reset tooling when stock dimensions vary. Profile 008 in the MC-71 series is one of three roundover profiles available (alongside 008, 012 — larger arcs compared to the MC-72 series which covers smaller roundover sizes 001, 002, 004). Mini-Pro 3/4″ bore, 2-3/16″ minor diameter, 3-wing, CCW, carbide. Pro-Line counterpart is FB-EA-PL-008 (1-1/4″ bore).
