Description

The MC-71-006 simultaneously eases both faces of a workpiece edge in a single shaper pass — eliminating the second flip-and-pass step required when easing edges individually. The profile 006 ogee arc produces a compound S-curve eased transition across both faces, adding visual character to the eased edge for furniture components, millwork, and door and window sash work where both faces see finish and a simple roundover would be insufficient. The MC-71 expandable design accommodates different stock thicknesses, making it versatile across material dimensions without changing tooling. Mini-Pro 3/4″ bore, 2-3/16″ minor diameter (expandable), 3-wing, CCW, carbide.
