Description

The MC-59-012 cuts the tongue-and-groove joint and a profile 012 roundover V-groove detail in one shaper pass — producing the T&G edge joint for wall paneling, wainscoting, and ceiling boards while simultaneously creating the soft rounded seam character visible at each board joint in the assembled panel. Profile 012 roundover gives a gently curved, subtle V-groove that reads as contemporary or transitional in the finished paneling; the roundover softens the seam line without the sharp angular chamfer of a bevel profile or the hollow depth of a cove. The Mini-Pro series covers profiles 012, 020, 030, 040, 050, and 055; the Pro-Line series extends to additional profiles (010, 060, 070, 075, 090). Runs with the AM-90-035 rub bearing for depth-of-cut control. 3/4″ bore, 2-15/16″ OD, 3-wing, CCW, carbide tips. FB-VP-PL-012 is the matching Pro-Line (1-1/4″ bore, 4″ OD, AP-90-052 bearing) version.
