Description

The MC-51-500 cuts the tongue on the door panel edge for the MC-51 series 8-piece double-sided shaper door system at Mini-Pro 3/4″ bore — the panel tongue component that fits the center groove cut by the MC-51-9xx center groover cutters in the door frame stile and rail stock. In a double-sided door assembly, the panel tongue and groove must be sized and centered to maintain flush faces on both sides of the assembled door. The 500-series T&G cutter completes the panel-to-frame fit in the double-sided door set. 3-wing, 3/4″ bore, 2-15/16″ OD, CCW. Bearing AM-90-027. Pro-Line counterpart is FB-DS-PL-500 (1-1/4″ bore, 4″ OD, bearing AP-90-044).
