Description

The MC-50-010 cuts the roundover sticking profile along the interior edges of door frame stiles and rails as a component of the Freeborn 6-piece stile & rail cope & pattern door system at Mini-Pro 3/4″ bore. The sticking cut produces a convex roundover arc along the door frame edge — the most widely used sticking profile in cabinet door production for traditional and transitional kitchen, bath, and furniture cabinetry. Profile 010 uses the smallest roundover arc in the MC-50 6-pc system; larger roundover profiles are available as the profile number increases. Pairs with a matching cope cutter within the 6-piece set to complete the rail end joint. 3-wing, 3/4″ bore, 2-15/16″ OD, CCW. Bearing AM-90-035.
