Description

The FB-SRP-MP-001 raises the center panel of a cabinet door to a profile 001 roundover shoulder profile — the smallest ovolo-arc profile in Freeborn’s FB-SRP Mini-Pro raised panel series. The 15° shear angle cuts cross-grain cleanly on solid wood panels, minimizing tear-out at the shoulder transition. Profile 001 in the raised panel series specifies the shoulder width, ovolo arc radius, and panel reveal depth for the smallest roundover transition in the range — suited to cabinet doors where a narrow, delicate raised panel profile is specified. The raised panel cutter works in conjunction with a matching cope and pattern cutter set on the door frame stiles and rails. Mini-Pro 3/4″ bore, 4-1/2″ OD, CCW. Runs with bearing AM-90-026. Pro-Line counterpart is FB-SRP-PL-001 (1-1/4″ bore, 6″ OD, bearing AP-90-048).
